Having created a project for Mercedes-Benz and Giorgio Armani that featured twelve European Dream Drives, I started to think that there was an opportunity to start a small business that offered this type of event to a discerning clientele. As I was art-directing the new S-Class brochure photography in Mulholland Drive at the time, that gave the business its name. This is a ‘side-hustle’ for me that offers special events for my clients that I get to enjoy too. It also gives me a platform to offer white-labelled events for corporate clients, such as Price Waterhouse Coopers and JP Morgan.
I have just returned from our Andalusia Grantour and have a Morocco Adventure planned for October – the latter being very special, with a former SAS Commander being our guide. We have a slew of 992 Dakar’s coming, but also some purpose built 957 Cayenne Safaris – one guest is even bringing a 930 Safari, currently being built in Switzerland that will be using my trip as a shakedown for the Dakar Classic next year. Le Mans, private trackdays, Iceland… we constantly reinvent the formula to keep our clients happy.
